Its effect is to release Selfie Addict Studio, its owners, managers, directors, members, agents, staff, volunteers, and others working in its employ, from any liability resulting from your participation in the activities at Selfie Addict Studio. This document waives all claims for damages or losses against Selfie Addict Studio, as well as grants Selfie Addict Studio the right to use your likeness in promotions and marketing.

Medical Release

By booking a session at Selfie Addict Studio, you acknowledge and agree to waive, release, and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selfie Addict Studio, its owners, managers, directors, members, agents, staff, volunteers, and others working in its employ from all rights, claims, demands, or causes o action from damages, injury, or loss to person or property arising out of your participation in any activity while at Selfie Addict Studio.

You acknowledge and understand that participating in any event or activity at Selfie Addict Studio, includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases.

Damage

You acknowledge and agree to be solely responsible for any damage to Selfie Addict Studio's property or props that occurs during your time at Selfie Addict Studio. You agree to pay reasonable repair costs to repair damaged items to working condition or, if necessary, replace with a new item. You further agree to pay for damages such as spills, marks, or stains that occur due to your visit. You agree to leave the premises in the same conditions as it was when you arrived.

Selfie Addict Studio will not be responsible for any lost items.
