CHAIR YOGA - combines gentle movements and breath work to enhance flexibility and relaxation. Chairs provide support, making it accessible for everyone. Immerse yourself in a holistic yoga experience to promote physical well-being and inner calm.

ENERGIZE & STRENGTH - fun and engaging workout combines cardio to boost heart health with strength exercises to improve balance and muscle tone. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will help you stay active, feel stronger, and make everyday activities easier. Let’s energize your day and strengthen your health—together!

SOUND BATH MEDITATION - Experience deep relaxation and mindfulness with this 50-minute sound bath meditation, featuring the soothing sounds of crystal bowls to promote calm and balance. The class is best enjoyed lying down on a mat with a pillow and blanket for full comfort and immersion. Wear loose, cozy clothing to enhance your relaxation. While you may take the class seated, lying down allows for a deeper meditative state and maximum benefit.

Local community residents, neighbors, and friends are welcome. Small fee-based and/or FREE classes.
