Vancouver is full of wonderful, scenic outdoor opportunities for a workout. This particular experience will begin with a brisk 2.5km walk along the Spanish Banks Beachfront to our stair workout destination. The round-trip set of 1000 stairs down to beautiful beachfront and back will get your blood pumping for a great start to your day. Afterwards we will make the 2.5km walk back to our starting point, where you will be then dropped back off at your accommodations. During this experience you will not only burn a ton of calories, have a cardio workout done with by early morning, but also see some of the city’s most beautiful nature. This is a vigorous workout and is meant for people who are looking for a challenge during their visit to Vancouver!
