Woodland Trails Adventure:
Students embark on an interactive nature walk through our scenic trails, participating in a guided scavenger hunt that brings the wilderness to life.
Iris Discovery Tour: (available in the spring only)
Young botanists explore the beautiful iris beds surrounding Lake Reaux, using plant identification charts to learn about these fascinating flowers and their environment.
Insect Exploration
Budding entomologists will love this hands-on exploration of the park’s buzzing, crawling, and flying residents! Students will observe insects in their natural habitats while learning about their life cycles, adaptations, and ecological roles.
Migratory Bird Expedition
Take flight on a birdwatching adventure! Students discover the incredible journeys of migratory birds that visit Moncus Park, using binoculars and field guides to identify species and understand how habitats support their seasonal travels.
Each 45-60 minute guided experience concludes in our outdoor classroom, where students can enjoy their lunch. Afterward, groups are welcome to explore the park's amenities, including our playground and splash pad.

Maximum 50 students with 5 chaperones Note: This is a structured educational experience designed for school groups. Parent attendance beyond designated chaperones is not included.
