About This Adventure

Experience the joy of learning at Andrews Farm from May to October! School groups and summer camps can explore 165 acres of vibrant fields, pick fresh produce, connect with nature, and enjoy tractor rides. This unique outdoor classroom offers memorable adventures, making education fun and engaging for all ages.

From May to October, Andrews Farm offers self-guided field trip experiences to school groups and summer camps, including pre-schools, daycares and nursery schools. Make the farm your classroom! A perfect environment for outdoor education, exploring 165 acres of fruit, vegetable and flower farming; picking and tasting fresh produce right from the field; connecting with nature and wildlife; visiting the farm animals; going for a tractor ride; and enjoying the playground.

To book your Field Trip, check the calendar for availability, select your date and arrival time, complete the booking form with your group details, and submit your $150 online deposit. We look forward to welcoming you to the farm! : )

Planning for Your Day at the Farm

Please arrive at the farm at your designated Field Trip start time and we will meet your group to welcome you and orient you to the farm. You are welcome to stay for the day to explore and enjoy all the attractions at the farm!

Farm experiences are conducted outside, rain or shine. Please inform all members of your group to dress for the weather and bring appropriate footwear (sandals are not recommended) - dress "warm and waterproof" on cool, rainy days; bring sunscreen, hats and drinking water on sunny days.

A private lunch space will be provided for each group visiting the farm. If you are enjoying lunch on the farm, please plan to bring a 'litter-less' lunch - any waste should be compostable, no plastic please.

Booking Deposit & Payments

Field Trips are billed at $13.27/person +HST ($15/person total). A minimum 1:5 adults to children ratio is required - one adult is FREE For every five children. Additional Teachers, Parents & Chaperones are billed at $13.27+HST/person.

A $150 (+HST) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Our Booking Coordinator will contact you to confirm the final number of attendees and issue an invoice prior to your Field Trip. Full payment of the invoice, including the final number of attendees and add-ons is required in advance of coming to the farm for your Field Trip. Any additional add-ons or remaining payment needs to be paid on the day of the field trip at the latest.
