What we ask you to provide: 🚐 A close parking spot for easy load in/out
⛳️ Flat ground for a stable presentation area
⛱ A shady location or pop-up/s tents
🔌 A few of our 1 hour badges require access to power and wifi. Please confirm with us if you aren't sure.
🎨 Some badges require extra supplies/printing to be provide by you. Please confirm if you are not sure.
