About

Thrive aims to celebrate the true meaning of “farm to table” by cultivating, preparing and cooking individual ingredients in their prime and showcasing them in our beautiful “dining room” located in the heart of our garden, where the walls are forever changing. The experience is a curated 6-course set tasting menu, thoughtfully complemented by seasonal amuse-bouches and intermezzi along the way. The menu is based on the season's available harvest, where we grow and raise much of what is served.

Guests are to arrive at 6:00pm to have time to get settled and take in the beautiful view of the farm and the scents from the surrounding gardens. After the first 4 courses, we welcome guests to take a break, stretch the legs, wander through the gardens and visit the farm animals. We then gather back for the final courses. The evening usually wraps up around 9:00pm.

Duration

The full dinner experience lasts approximately 3 hours (6:00-9:00pm), including time to relax, explore the garden, and enjoy all courses.

Allergies / Dietary Restrictions

Our tasting menu is a surprise set menu that evolves day-by-day to showcase what is available in our garden and the season's best ingredients. Due to the complexity of our preparations and our small team, we cannot accommodate substitutions or dietary preferences. If you or a guest have strict dietary restrictions or allergies, please email us prior to booking for confirmation. We cannot accommodate a vegan menu at this time.

We encourage curiosity and willingness to come with an open mind, ready to try new things!

Beverage

Our dinners are BYOB; feel free to bring your favourite beverages along. We of course provide water and glassware. If you would like to receive a wine guideline, please let us know.

Attire and Weather

As this is an outdoor event, please be aware of the weather and dress accordingly. We dine outdoors, rain or shine. In case of rain, we have an alternative indoor space available.
