Pitchfork Fondue is a Western steak oil fry. And yes, pitchforks are used. It was started on dude ranches and then outdoor parties. This tour includes a fabulous pitchfork fondue supper featuring a 10 oz. rib eye Canadian AAA steak fondued to your liking, roasted potatoes, creamy Caesar salad, pasta salad, veggies, assorted desserts, a non-alcoholic beverage, museum entry, and (of course) the train trip to Horizon and back. This tour does not include the elevator tour in Horizon. Catering provided by Brian ‘s Prairie Pitchfork Fondue
