Operations Training: Our Operation Training is designed to outline the entire process of Clearly Tahoe day-to-day operations from marketing and booking process to activity implementation. Our team will have the opportunity to see what customers see before they book as well as the booking process and way in which we follow-up and engage with our guests pre-arrival. Our operations training will review our policies and process for checking in guests upon arrival and ensuring that all of our policies and operational contracts are compliant. We will lightly discuss how to enforce policies and prevent emergencies as well as what communication and documentation actions might need to be taken in the event of an incident. Our operations training will outline the internal company communication structure and help guide employees through further training with Clearly Tahoe.
