- Meet the driver at the hotel front entrance near Valet. All shuttles are black and marked with Star Luxury Transport on the outside. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
- For pickups from Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel: Please keep in mind that your pick-up time may be up to five minutes after the availability start time, as the shuttle starts at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya first.
