The trip begins with white Rive rafting in the thrilling Trisuli River followed Mountain Biking Trip to Lower Mustang; down the Kali Gandaki gorge, the deepest valley on earth. Experience the awesome single track of the Lupra valley and descend over 3000m from Muktinath down to the lowlands of Nepal. The adventure continues with other exciting activities like Paragliding, Zip Flyer, Bungee Jump & Canyoning. Finally the tour ends with a safari and birding in the steamy jungles of Chitwan National Park.

ITINERARY

DAY 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU Welcome to Kathmandu, Nepal. Namaste! On arrival in Kathmandu: Having cleared immigration, collected your luggage and passed through customs, please make your way towards the exit of the terminal building our representative who will be waiting to greet you with a paging board. Transfer to Hotel for check-in at Hotel. Overnight is at Hotel in Kathmandu. (B.B. plan)

DAY 02: Rafting at Trishuli River: Drive to Pokhara: 6-7 hours

We will begin our drive from Kathmandu early at 6.00 am towards the rafting point in Charaudi- 85 km and 3 hours approx. drive from Kathmandu. We will have breakfast en route and reach the spot and prepare ourselves for the exciting rafting trip over the Trisuli River. Before entering the river for rafting, there will be a 20-minute briefing about the sport and other safety tips including where it is safe for us to swim or go for cliff jumping during the rafting tour. Our trip will end at Kuringhat which is 22 km away from the starting point. On completion of the trip, we will have our lunch and then depart for Pokhara at around 3.00 pm. Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty. Situated at an altitude of 900 m from sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley, the city is a centre of adventure. The enchanting town has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic. Upon arrival, transfer to Hotel for Check-In.

DAY 03: Fly to Jomsom: Ride to Kagbeni (Ride distance: 14km) Breakfast is at Hotel. After Breakfast, drive Pokhara airport to catch a scenic morning flight to Jomsom, which takes approximately 20-minutes. The flight takes you above the Pokhara valley and deep into the heart of the Himalayas. This is where you can get your first real glimpses of the mighty Himalaya mountain ranges, including the breathtaking mountain views of Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna.

Once you have landed in Jomsom, there will be time to get kitted up and have a hot drink before the ensuing ride. The riding will be an easy 14km on mainly flat terrain to allow your body to adapt to the increase in altitude. The night’s accommodation will be at the beautiful Tibetan village of Kagbeni.

DAY 04: Ride Kagbeni to Muktinath via Jhong (Ride distance 18km) Upon leaving Kagbeni, there will be an uphill ride to Muktinath which is at an elevation of 3900m. The route continues, by climbing the trail to the north side of the gorge and on a dusty jeep track, which heads towards the mighty Thorong La Pass via the village of Jhong. In Jhong, you can stop to catch your breath whilst exploring the ancient monastery and then have lunch basking in the sunshine whilst enjoying the stunning mountain views.

The final section after lunch will be short and you should arrive in Muktinath around mid-afternoon. You can spend this time exploring the local village including monasteries and temples with your guide, or simply have some time to rest.

DAY 05: Ride Muktinath to Marpha (Ride distance 26km) An early breakfast and start will be needed for Day 5, due to the high winds in the valley that start to pick up around 11.00 am. They can make the ride very tough! The day starts with a slow ascent to Lupra Pass, where you will get to see the breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna ranges.

Once you get to the top of the pass, you will ride a fast stretch of downhill until you reach the river valley, from where there is a 6km flat section leading to Jomsom.

After lunch in Jomsom, the trail undulates along the river until you reach Marpha. For the more experienced and technical riders, there are some alternative beautiful, fun and technical single-track options to take.

Marpha is famous for growing apples and making apple brandy and cider, so be sure to sample some local produce in the evening

DAY 06: Ride Marpha to Tatopani (Ride distance 42km) The trail from Marpha is mostly downhill to Tatopani. The trail starts gentle and flat through pine forests and small villages, where you will follow the river, and on a clear day, see stunning views of the snowcapped peaks. The lunch stop will be at the flowing waterfalls at Rukse Chaahara. With lunch finished, you will continue to ride fast-paced downhill as the trail drops approximately 1000 meters on rough jeep track before you finally reach Tatopani. Tatopani is a cobbled street village, famous for its rejuvenating hot springs at which you can enjoy a well-deserved soak to ease any tired muscles.

DAY 07: Ride Tatopani to Beni and Drive to Pokhara (Ride distance 23km and 100km drive) Today is a final guided ride, taking you on jeep tracks which are predominantly flat but have a few ‘Nepali flat’ sections of up and down to remind you that you are still in the Himalayas! The final destination is Beni where the guides will load the bikes up, and you will transfer by jeep back to Pokhara

DAY 08: Full day adventure activities in Pokhara Pokhara is the hub of different adventure sports in Nepal.

Paragliding is one of the most popular adventure activities in Pokhara. It starts from Sarangkot hill at an altitude of 1592m from sea level. you will fly like a bird and get a delighting aerial experience with the view of beautiful Fewa Lake, valley, and Himalayas

Zip Flyer Nepal is one of the top Zip-line experiences in the World. It is the most extreme Zip-line in the world with a length of 1850m and a drop of over 600m. It gives you a front row seat to views of the breathtaking Annapurna mountain range, Mount Machhapuchhre and Seti River as you soar at over 100Km/h.

Finally, you will go for last adventure of the day, Bungee Jump; Nepal’s first tower Bungee. You are jumping from 80m tower Bungee. It is cantilevered over a river adjacent to a 50m cliff in Hemja. Free fall for 5 seconds in a blitz of pure fear and adrenaline.

DAY 09: Canyoning in Pokhara, Ghalel village Pokhara Canyoning is another exciting and thrilling activity for adventure lovers. It is one of the best and most incredible adventures to escape everyday life and get refreshment in water. Pokhara Canyoning is situated at Ghalel Village around 22 km in distance to the northeast of Pokhara city. By driving, it takes about 1 hour to reach the canyoning site from Pokhara City. Before embarking on Canyoning you will be well trained by professional guides who focus on your safety. You will do canyoning descending through a series of 45 meters or 75 meters waterfalls through canyon rappelling. 45 meters is basic and 75 meters are advanced canyoning. Canyoning is a kind of adrenaline sport that involves descending down a series of waterfalls through a canyon rappelling, jumping, sliding, and boulder scrambling. It is an equally exciting challenge both physically and mentally and yet it provides an amazing refresher experience that will obviously be your unforgettable moment.

DAY 10: Drive to Chitwan: Village walk and cultural performance Drive to Chitwan which is around 150 km and around 5 hours drive from Pokhara. On arrival at resort you will be offer refreshment welcome drinks and brief about your program in Chitwan 13.00: Lunch 15.00: Village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the Tharus. Visit to the National Park Visitor’s centre where you can learn more about the history of the National Park and about wildlife & Sun set view from the bank of Rapti River. 19.00: Cultural dance performance by Tharu ethnic group of Chitwan. Tharu Dance is an amazing way of expressing the significance of festivals, farm land and the tradition of united families in the life of Tharus. The cultural performances are organized at the lodge after sunsets. We encourage guests to interact and join them in the performance. 20.00: Dinner.

DAY 11: Full day jungle activities at CHITWAN 06.00: Wake up call. 06.30: Breakfast. 07.00: Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An excellent opportunity for Bird Watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial. If you are lucky get a closer view of the Rhinos wallowing in water

On a way back there will be jungle walk with our naturalist to explore study and unravel the hidden secret in the woods. The jungle walk offers a great chance of spotting wildlife and is quite adventurous. As per the guest’s interest, nature walks can be longer or shorter. There are well-defined circuits developed after observing the animal movement in different habitats of the park. 13.00: Lunch. 15.00: Jeep Safari is organized in the core area of the National Park. Jeep safari is the most preferred way to experience the dense flora and vivacious wildlife of Chitwan as we pass through various habitats following the tracks in the company of an experienced naturalist

20.00: Dinner.

DAY 12: Drive back to Kathmandu: Farewell dinner with live cultural show Morning take your time to visit some of the important sites at Bandipur. After Breakfast drive to Kathmandu. Check-in hotel and get some refreshments. Evening you will have a Farewell dinner at an authentic Nepali Restaurant. It starts at 6 pm and continues for 3 hours. It’s a three-course typical Nepali dinner followed by live cultural dance performance from different ethnic group of Nepal

DAY 13: KATHMANDU- DEPARTURE Breakfast is at the Hotel.

Drive to Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport for departure. Our representative will help you with exit formalities and then bid you farewell.

FAQ

Am I too young or old? Most of our clients, from 3 years old to some in their 70s, have done and completed their treks with almost no exercise or training.

Do you offer hotel/airport pick up? We offer hotel and airport pickup. As you continue your booking, you will have an option to input flight details or hotel names.

Do I need a Visa? You are required to have a valid visa to enter Bhutan. The Bhutanese Embassies abroad do not issue visas; visa on arrival is non-existent. It is to get a visa for Bhutan before arriving. You must submit a scanned copy of your passport details four weeks before your arrival date. Your travel company will process your application and provide you with a copy of the Visa. It usually takes 2-3 working days to approve the application. You need to have a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the length of your stay. The Visa fee is US$40, and Tourism Development Fund (TDF) is US$10 these fees need to be sent together with the tour payment.
