You need an International Driving Permit based on the 1949 Geneva Convention, or a valid Japanese drivers license or SOFA license. Some EU licenses require an official Japanese translation from JAF or a consulate.
Minimum age is 18. Participants must be between 150–190 cm tall and generally under 100 kg; all karts are single‑seat.
Tours may be cancelled in heavy rain; if cancelled you can reschedule without charge or receive a full refund if no alternative date is available.
Costume rental is included at no extra charge; you can also buy inexpensive costumes nearby if you prefer your own attire.
