One passenger cannot exceed 380 lbs (172 kg) and the combined weight for four passengers must be within the aircraft’s 700 lb (317 kg) limit; weights are confirmed before flight.
Infants under 2 years and below 30 lbs (14 kg) may sit on an adult’s lap and fly for free, but they must be declared at booking and present for weight checks.
If the flight is canceled for weather (rain, low ceilings, lightning, high winds), you’ll be offered a full refund or rescheduled date; flights are weather-dependent.
