Less than a 2-hour drive from San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge, just beyond Northern California’s iconic Wine Country, there is a place of pristine, untamed beauty. Mendocino County (or simply “Mendo” to the locals) where the Pacific ocean’s waves meet the giant Redwoods, and the hills come alive with the age-old businesses that have sustained family farms in this region for generations: Wine and Cannabis.
Follow your guide on an adventure through beautiful Mendocino County! Visit a working cannabis farm and wander among acres of sungrown cannabis plants! Meet the farmers and staff that run this legal cannabis farm. Learn about outdoor growing, greenhouse growing, light deprivation growing, making extracts, and commercial nursery propagation including modern models of legal compliance and distribution in California's recreational cannabis market. Ask questions, take photos, and prepare to be amazed by the sheer scale of our partner farm.
This tour begins when you meet up with your guide at an agreed upon location, based on your needs and proximity to our farm partners. Once there, we may visit local dispensary and/or hasheries and make any mid-morning cannabis purchases you may desire. Mendocino county also has many options for an early yet delicious outdoor lunch. During this time, our knowledgeable tour guide will take you through the rich history and culture of cannabis, and answer all your questions,
After our mid-morning meetup, jump in your vehicle and follow your guide through Redwood lined valleys, where we will have the opportunity to visit a licensed and fully operating Cannabis Farm. Depending on our individual farm rules, guests may be given the option to enjoy an afternoon of cannabis tasting on the grounds of this private farm and may also have a chance to make purchases of up to one ounce per person (California’s legal limit per day) at direct-to-you Mendocino farmer prices.
Once we finish there, if you want to explore Mendocino further, we have some options for the rest of the afternoon. This can include further cannabis enjoyment at another comfortable outdoor cannabis lounge at one of Mendocino’s finest dispensaries or even the world's first public cannabis Hashery**
Our tours generally begin between 10 and 10:30 AM, although accommodations may be made for special needs. All tour participants must be ages 21+ and must possess a valid form of government-issued photo ID with them to gain access to the locations we visit. Cash is a requirement for any purchases on the farm, and for their mandatory $35/person tasting/entry fee.
