A Beautiful Swim in Sesimbra Bay We'll meet at Praia do Ouro, where we'll start our swim session.
Then we will swim along the protected Sesimbra Bay, in a course of rare scenic beauty.
According to your swimming level we can adapt the swimming distance.
We will finish our sea swim on the beach to take a fresh water bath and taste a a delicious "Farinha Torrada".
A brightly colored swim buoy helps increase your visibility to boats and other swimmers in open water.
Water in Sesimbra Bay ranges from 15ºC to 22ºC—plan accordingly with wetsuits or acclimate beforehand.
