Then we will swim along the protected Cascais Bay, in a course of rare scenic beauty.
According to your swimming level we can adapt the swimming distance.
We will finish the training session on the beach to take a fresh water bath, from where you can make the transition to the cycling or running segment.
Temperatures can range from 15ºC to 22ºC; bring a wetsuit if you are sensitive to cooler water.
