About
OPEN WATER DIVER is your first full diving course and the beginning of a great diving adventure. SSI Open Water Diver course (basic level) is one of the most popular and recognized courses for beginning divers in the world. After completing this course you will receive an internationally recognized SSI Open Water Diver certificate which entitles you to dive independently to a maximum depth of 18 meters. If you take part in the course, children under 15 years of age will be awarded the Junior Open Water Diver level after completing this program and will be authorized to dive independently to the depth of 12 meters. The basic training for beginners SSI OWD (Open Water Diver) consists of three parts: Theoretical lectures on the basics of diving, pool classes with diving equipment, 4 open water dives.
