About
Roxana Villa is an artist and plant alchemist who specializes in natural fragrances. In her Santa Fe apothecary, she creates sumptuous scents that are informed by nature and the visual arts. The name of her business, Illuminated Perfume, references the 15th century when the arts were united by the use of raw plant matter.
Walking into Roxana’s atmospheric apothecary is an experience that engages all of the senses, and we hope to bring this experience to you!
This special studio visit includes a sensorium kit that Roxana will curate specially for us. The kit will be mailed to you so that you can enjoy the experience of her apothecary at home. During the tour, Roxana will discuss her process and the art of distillation, and she will walk you through each scent in your sensorium kit.
Please register by April 6 to receive your kit before the tour.
If you register after, you can still attend, but you may receive your kit after the tour!
