Step off the coach in Balham after a short transfer from Heathrow and the city arrives in layers: double-decker traffic humming, gulls over the Thames, and the quiet rhythm of a school dormitory where international students compare arrival stories. Mornings begin in a classroom that balances grammar with conversation; afternoons unravel across London’s landmarks — Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, the London Eye and a West End show.
