Comenzamos está actividad con una visita guiada al museo, situado en una finca histórica del siglo XVII, con un jardín único con más de 30 variedades de olivos, piezas de oleotecnia del siglo XIX y su bodega, declarada monumento y conocida como la Catedral del Aceite. Aquí aprenderemos todo lo necesario sobre el cultivo del olivar, la historia del aceite, su elaboración y consumo.
Finalizaremos con una Introducción a la Cata de Aceites donde aprenderemos el rito de los catadores profesionales y las características organolépticas que diferencian a los tipos y variedades de aceite. También conoceremos como se clasifican los aceites según su calidad.
