Our Producer At 17 km from Évora,a high qualily olive oil is born, a family project the combines the passion for the land with the dream of producing a high quality olive oil, extracted in cold, from Galician olive trees of dry land, with 62 years.
Farm History Visit and discover the history of the farm, learn about the Galician olive tree (native from Portugal) and sample extra virgin olive oil 100% Galician, appreciating its qualities in the shadow of a millenary "zambujeiro". The local tasting of olive oil, next to the producer, is the best way to know how it is done.
The Olive The olives are picked up manually, placed in 20kg boxes and processed on the same day, in order to discuss all the properties of olive oil.
