On clear days travel up to 9 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico and target Kingfish, Cobia, Tripletail, Shark, Amberjack, Barracuda, Permit, Snapper and Sheepshead, among others. A great introduction to deep sea fishing, and delivers both an exciting fishing experience and beautiful views of the Sarasota coast.
When the weather is rougher we hug the coastline and track fish including Snook and Redfish. The beach and bay are both home to exciting and rewarding fishing, while providing a beautiful look at Florida's coastal ecosystem!

This 23' Mako has a smooth and dry ride —perfect for fishing in Sarasota and catching Snook, Pompano, Redfish, Amberjack, Barracuda, and Kingfish.
State of the art electronics allow us to locate fish and fishing spots with ease. With an 8 foot beam there is ample room for 4 anglers and an observer. The T-Top provides shade on sunny days and there is rod storage for 15 rods and 2 gaffs.
While we may be out to catch fish safety is always the first priority. All USCG required life jackets are the new Type 1′s, and the cushions on the forward seats are USCG approved throwable life saving devices. Sarasota Bay is an excellent place for kids and adults of all ages to learn how to cast a line and set a hook. Recommended for children 5 and up. The boat has a 1000lb weight limit.
PLEASE NOTE: The equipment used aboard the Wild Mullet is high end, and therefore expensive to replace. Improper handling may lead to broken or lost equipment. Because of this we have a "you break it, you buy it policy." Please follow close attention to the instructions of your captain to avoid any issues.
