IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND RESTRICTIONS

  • 21+ with driver’s license to rent

  • Minors can only ride in machine if parent/legal guardian (Age 25 or older) is driving

  • Minimum height for children is 52”

  • No car seats are allowed

  • Helmets are required to ride

  • Vehicle must be returned without damage to avoid charges

  • A $250 fee, per item, will be charged

  • If vehicle is taken outside designated ride area

  • If vehicle must be recovered from trail due to damage or any other reason

  • Absolutely NO drinking and driving and Alcohol is not allowed inside the machine.

  • There will be a $30 fee for every 15 minutes that the machine is late

  • St. Joe State Park rules and regulations must be followed at all times

  • $10 Park permit must be purchased online to gain entry into the park

  • Must select St. Joe State Park and select UTV Permit

  • All riders’ First and Last names must be listed

WHAT TO BRING

  • Driver’s License if driving

  • State issued ID or Driver’s License if you are 18 or older and not driving

  • Credit / Debit Card for Security Deposit (credit card holder must be present.)

  • DOT Helmet (if you don’t want to rent a helmet)

  • Sunglasses or Goggles (we sell them if you need them)

  • APPROPRIATE CLOTHING for the anticipated weather (we ride rain, snow or shine; hot, warm, or cold)

  • NO Open Toe Shoes or Sandals are allowed for off-road machines

DAMAGE PROTECTION AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • All rentals require a $33/day premium to be paid on our Insurance Provider’s website.

  • There is a $5000 security deposit per rental that is required to rent. Renter is responsible for any damages up to $5000.

  • Damage Protection can be purchased for an additional $20/day. If purchased the renter is responsible for any damages up to a maximum of $2000. (Cash deposits are not allowed)

  • Tire protection can be purchased for an additional $25 and covers the replacement of all tires on the rental

  • Downtime protection can be purchased for an additional $25 and covers the cost
