The tour is made comfortably in a jeep land rover properly equipped for the purpose and is perfect for those who want to have a off-road experience in São Miguel island. This jeep tour to Nordeste will stop in sallto do cavalo viewpoint and park of ribeira dos caldeirões. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in the village of nordeste, following your lunch time we´ll visit serra da tronqueira. On our way to ponta delgada you´ll visit the first village to be populated on the island, the village of povoação, as well as vila franca do campo, known for its islet and its beautiful beaches.
The meeting point is at 09h30 AM at the Mercado CORES store, located at Largo Vasco Bensaúde No. 39, in Ponta Delgada. Other locations for pick-up and drop-off are available under request.
