Requirements and Policies

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled tour for check-in and safety orientation.
Safety Gear: Helmets and eye protection are provided and required for all participants.
Waivers: All participants must sign a liability waiver. Minors require a parent or guardian’s signature.
Restrictions: No alcohol, pets, or personal vehicles allowed on tours.

Age Requirements:

To Book: Must be 18 years or older with a valid credit card.
Drivers: Must be 16 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
16-17-Year-Old Drivers: Must have parental permission and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Passengers: Must be 5 years or older.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Full refunds are available if canceled more than 7 days before the tour. Cancellations 3-7 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 2 days of the tour.
Card Authorization: A valid credit card must be authorized at check-in for incidental equipment damage.
