Have you ever wondered how real chocolate is made? Would you like to learn the secrets of our artisan craftspeople? Would you like to taste delicious chocolate and learn the differences between different bean origins?

Immerse yourself in the world of craft chocolate with our guided chocolate experience. Delve into learning about the bean-to-bar process, the story behind our ethically sourced cacao beans from the Pacific Islands, how OCHO came to be and observe the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into making each bar.

Additional Details:

  • $30pp
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Guided chocolate experiences are offered once daily at 11:00am
  • Please note, the guided experience will be held in our factory viewing room (The Choctagon) due to health and safety reasons, entry into the factory is not permitted
  • Each customer will receive a 40g bar to takeaway, a taster size hot chocolate, and 10% off purchases in the factory shop*
  • This experience is best suited for children aged 10 and over

PLEASE NOTE: there are no oompa loompas, chocolate rivers or magic - this is a working factory making ethical, sustainable real food so please bring reasonable expectations with you

For health and safety, the tour takes place in a viewing room only; the production floor is off-limits.
