Ponto de encontro no Posto de Turismo em PDL ou possibilidade de pick-up num raio de 15km a partir de Ponta Delgada

Subida ao Pico da Barrosa, junto ao qual se situa a Lagoa do Fogo, localizada na cratera de um antigo vulcão e integrada numa zona de paisagem protegida. Visita à Caldeira Velha, com uma vegetação exuberante e vários fenómenos vulcânicos ainda em atividade.

Panorâmica de uma das Centrais Geotérmicas, que aproveitam o calor natural da terra para a produção de energia eléctrica. Na cidade da Ribeira Grande, paragem no centro histórico, com um belo conjunto barroco de casas e igrejas, que usam na sua decoração o basalto vulcânico e visita à bela praia do surf "Santa Bárbara".
