• A empresa poderá cancelar o passeio, com reembolso integral, caso não tenha um mínimo de 6 passageiros, ou em caso de condições meteorológicas adversas. • Atividade proibida a senhoras grávidas e desaconselhada a pessoas com graves problemas nas costas e coluna. • Os golfinhos são animais selvagens e imprevisíveis, pelo que a empresa não garante a 100% o encontro com esses mamíferos. Neste caso, será dado ao cliente um voucher para repetir a experiência.
Check-in no escritório da Longitude, 15 minutos antes do início da atividade. Embarque em Setúbal no cais da marítimo-turística (lado Sul da doca dos Pescadores) ou na praia da Marina (sem custos acrescidos). Em caso de embarque na Marina de Troia acresce a taxa aplicada pela marina (25€).
