Avventura Sulle Gambe is an outdoor activity provider based in Vigevano, Lombardia, offering guided walking and nature experiences throughout the Ticino area and nearby natural landscapes. The program focuses on Nordic walking, Forest Bathing and interpretive nature hikes, with trips that highlight local flora, fauna and riverside wetlands.
Guided experiences include Camminata Nordica sessions (Wellness, Routine, Fitness) led by instructor Marina Luciani, weekly dawn and dusk Forest Bathing sessions titled Imboschiamoci, and longer naturalist excursions such as Wild Trails through the Boschi del Ticino. Other outings explore the Ticino River and its wetlands (Lanca & Poncirus), the historic countryside route between Bereguardo and the river (Intrecci di Storia e di Natura) and the expansive Baraggia Biellese landscape (Benessere in Savana).
