The boat is received from and returned to the delivery point. The renter must be able to perform the tasks related to the safe operation of the vessel. We reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone when our staff feel that the prospective hirer is unable to safely operate our boats or understand the terms of the rental agreement. The renter is strongly advised to always carry a charged mobile phone in case of emergency. TSANTANIS Group is not responsible for loss or damage to the customer's property during the rental. Boat operators must not consume forbidden substances and/or alcohol during the rental period, as well as carry substances or individuals who have not being declared on the rental lease. No one other than the main renter is allowed to operate the boat. The boats are delivered and picked up with full fuel tanks. The boat must be returned in rental status. In case of damage to the boat due to mistreatment or negligence, there is a charge to the renter based on the invoice for the repairs. Maximum distance from the coast is 3 nautical miles. The boat is not allowed to approach swimmers or busy beaches. There must be a safety distance of at least 50 meters from the nearest swimmer. Attention to the propeller! A propeller in operation can cause fatal injury to a swimmer.
