Experience the tranquility of the Gardens at night with a unique Sound Bath session. Under the stars or indoors, immerse yourself in soothing sounds that promote relaxation and well-being. Bring your yoga mat and cozy essentials for a memorable evening of harmony for body, mind, and spirit.

  • A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive and meditative experience that uses sound to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Participants will lay down in a comfortable position on a yoga mat or blanket under the sky (or indoors in case of weather) while instructor Amy Briant plays various instruments whose sounds create a sense of harmony and alignment in the body, mind, and spirit. Participants must bring a yoga mat or blanket, a water bottle, and may bring a pillow and blanket cover for extra coziness.
