This overnight program combines Earth Sanctuary’s Astronomy tour with overnight camping and meals, extended astronomy experience and sustainability tour.

Highlights

Astronomy Tour Includes: • Entry into Earth Sanctuary's Space Observatory • Experienced astronomer with laser light pointer • Look through a deep sky telescope

Other Inclusions: • Overnight stay in star bed, with stretcher and swag (BYO pillow and sleeping bag) • Access to private tent for luggage and changing • Hang out in the star hammocks or star gaze from a reclining camp lounge • Fireside chat covering more advanced astronomy topics, including blackholes, nebulas, and other theories of the universe • Overnight celestial menu setting out key events for the evening which the astronomer host will wake guests to witness, including zodiac constellations, meteor showers and other cool astro events as they happen • Wake up to a hot pancake breakfast • Short guided morning walk exploring Earth Sanctuary's sustainable living displays

• Sleeping bag • Towel • Head torch or hand held torch • Closed footwear • Winter nights are very cold so dress for warmth, i.e.: jacket, beanie, scarf, gloves, warm socks

Terms & Conditions

  • Subject to 5 pax minimum bookings
  • If a Sunset to Sunrise program does not achieve minimum bookings, guests will be offered alternative date or refund
  • All astronomy tours are weather dependent. The Earth Sanctuary Astronomy Team monitors nightly weather conditions, and will provide updates if forecasted weather is deemed unsuitable for astronomy viewing. This may involve updates up until 5pm on the day of tour and these will be provided via email and if you opt in, via a text message. We recommend you keep an eye out for these updates if the weather is uncertain.

Earth Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel the program and offer guests a reschedule or full refund.
