You start on the Promenade des Anglais with the sea daring you to slow down—blue water sliding past the avenue while Belle Époque hotels keep watch. The tour moves from that coastal energy into hills where vineyards lean into limestone slopes, and finally back to the market noise and baroque alleys of Vieux Nice.

Romans first cultivated vineyards on the limestone slopes around Nice; the city later became a Belle Époque playground and attracted a large Russian community—visible in St. Nicholas Cathedral (1912).
Bellet is a small appellation; visitors can support sustainability by staying on paths, buying local bottles and avoiding single‑use plastics during tastings.
