A guided tour is the best introduction to the work of the United Nations. The Speakers Bureau provides your group with the opportunity to interact with a UN expert speaker in order to deepen your knowledge on a range of UN topics, from peacekeeping and human rights to the Sustainable Development Goals, and much more.
- Briefings are appropriate for a range of groups, including students (high school and above), educators, civic and business leaders, NGOs (non-governmental organizations), etc.
- Please request your briefing a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
- Briefings at UN Headquarters are available on weekdays from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- In-house briefings are organized for a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 25 participants. *
- While we make every effort to accommodate your requests, briefing arrangements are subject to change or cancelation in case of unforeseen events.
- Please note that this is only a request. You will receive a final response two weeks before the date, at the very latest.
Please note that we are currently only able to accommodate briefing requests for groups of 20 - 25 participants. For operational reasons, it is not possible to split larger groups into smaller segments.
For groups larger than 25 participants, we offer either online briefings or speaking engagements at your location. !.
##Rates for 2025 In-house Briefing (45 to 60 min.):
For every 20 - 25 participants, there is a briefing fee of $215.00 per briefing when the group also takes a guided tour. The charge for a standalone briefing is $300.00.
Once the briefing is confirmed, you will be charged at the latest 3 days before it takes place.
