About This Adventure

Join an intimate cooking class where you'll prepare an authentic New Orleans meal alongside expert chefs. With a maximum of 10 participants, you'll cut, season, and create a delicious dinner, then savor your culinary masterpiece. Experience the vibrant flavors of New Orleans in a fun, hands-on environment!

Prepare an authentic New Orleans meal

  • In this highly interactive class, our guests actually cut, season and prepare a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs, and afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created.
  • These small intimate classes have a maximum of 10 people utilizing 5 cooktops. Singles may be paired with another individual.

  • Roasted Sweet Potato Bisque - Rich bisque made with Tasso (Cajun Spiced Ham), Roasted Louisiana Sweet Potatoes, Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper, Garlic, and Chicken Stock.
  • Beef Grillades and Grits - Thinly sliced Beef, stewed in a rich tomato gravy, served over Cheese Grits with poached eggs.
  • Chocolate Pecan Pie - Mini Pecan Pies made with Dark Chocolate
