You step into a slit of stone where light becomes a thin ribbon above your head and the Komarnica river dares you forward. Cold water pulses around your calves, then your waist; the canyon squeezes to the width of a shoulder and the world narrows to breath, rock, and the guide’s next instruction.

The activity lasts about 3–4 hours and involves repeated swims, short rappels, and occasional jumps — it’s physically demanding and best for those with moderate to high fitness.
No prior canyoning certification is needed, but you should be a competent swimmer and comfortable with heights and confined wet spaces; guides provide all technical instruction.
Bring a swimsuit, quick-dry layers, and a small dry bag; guides provide neoprene suits, boots, helmets, life vests, and ropes.
Participants must be 12+ with an adult, and the tour isn’t recommended for pregnant travelers or those with serious heart or spinal conditions; disclose weight, height, and any health issues when booking.
