The day opens on warm sand and a horizon that pushes the sun toward the sea. Guests meet the ranch’s ponies under a low Caribbean sky, cinch leather saddles and step into a slow country ride that moves from palm-shaded tracks out onto a beach where the ocean dares you to trot. Later, a waiting catamaran slides away from Negril’s long shore, DJs raise the rhythm, and the coastline becomes a passing mural of cliffs and reefs as the boat makes for the coral flats.
