Fay Martin River Resort is a riverfront cabin resort located in Indian River, Michigan. The property features seven cozy cabins on 2 ½ acres of landscaped grounds, offering guests direct river access and a relaxed lakeside setting. Each cabin includes modern amenities and a private boat slip, making boat-based recreation convenient for visitors. Daily pontoon rentals are available, including an Avalon 24ft Tri-Toon (triple tube) with 200 HP, and guests can add a two-person tube for extra water fun. Pontoon rentals allow pets aboard, and the resort lists clear pick-up and return times for ease of planning. On-site amenities include a lively Tiki Bar, outdoor fire pit areas, and a welcoming courtyard with ponds that creates a communal gathering space. Several cabins note private grills and full kitchens—Cabin 7 specifically features a full kitchen—so visitors can choose between self-catering or enjoying local dining nearby. Cabins vary slightly in layout but consistently aim to provide comfort with up-to-date conveniences. The resort supports waterfront recreation through private boat slips and daily equipment rentals, which simplifies logistics for guests who bring personal boats or who prefer to rent. Clear, factual listing of units, amenities, and rental options helps travelers make informed choices. Fay Martin River Resort's concentration on river access, on-site pontoons, and a mix of social and private outdoor spaces establishes it as a practical option for families and groups seeking a boating-focused Michigan getaway.
