Embark on a transformative three-day SCUBA course that equips you with essential rescue skills, including managing diving emergencies and performing rescues. With expert training in the “Dive Capital of the World,” this course not only enhances your diving proficiency but also paves your way to becoming a NAUI leader.

The course includes classroom training, 2 confined water training sessions, and two open water training dives. This course is three days long. Please plan a backup fourth day in case of delays due to weather, etc.
Learn how to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies, how to assist and transport divers, and how to perform surface rescues and rescues from depth involving both boat and shore based skin and SCUBA divers.
CPR and First Aid certifications are required to complete this course. Your Rescue SCUBA Diver training moves you on your pathway to becoming a NAUI Leader as a Skin Diving Instructor, Assistant Instructor, Divemaster, or Instructor.
We’re a professional PADI Dive Center and a NAUI Career Development Center located in the “Dive Capital of the World”. Many people ask which agency they should choose. It’s personal preference. Both PADI and NAUI are recognized globally at dive centers and resorts.
The NAUI Rescue SCUBA Diver and NAUI Advanced Rescue SCUBA Diver courses are for certified divers who desire additional training or orientation to a variety of diving sites and conditions. Divers must be a minimum of 15 years of age to enroll in a NAUI Rescue SCUBA Diver course. All participants must be in good health and be previously certified as a NAUI SCUBA Diver or equivalent.
This course involves practical rescue scenarios and physical exertion, so being in decent shape helps you perform at your best.
Bring your own mask, snorkel, and fins if possible to maximize comfort during training exercises.
