Join our engaging book club for kids ages 8-13, where nature-themed stories come to life! After reading the selected book, participants will dive into lively discussions and explore related crafts, science experiments, and activism ideas. It's a unique opportunity to connect with nature and fellow young readers in a fun, interactive setting.
This book club is for kids ages 8-13. We will be reading books with a strong nature focus.
Participants should read the book PRIOR to the meeting. We will then discuss the book, as well as related nature topics. Meetings may include crafts, science experiments, ideas for activism, or other activities.
You can find a copy of the book at our local library or at any bookstore of your choice!
Pair book themes with outdoor visits to local parks or beaches for hands-on learning.
