A winter wind cuts across the open ice and the guide’s voice carries over the scrape of blades—this is Stockholm from a new angle. Participants gather at a meeting point in the city, get fitted in skates and safety gear, and are briefed before a short transfer to whatever sheet of natural ice the guide has judged safest that day: a sheltered bay in the archipelago, a western inlet of Lake Mälaren, or a small inland lake.

The operator cancels if guides deem conditions unsafe; bookings refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before departure, and alternatives or refunds are offered if minimum numbers aren’t met.
Minimum age is 15 and maximum weight per participant is 130 kg; disclose shoe size and any medical conditions when booking.
