Options and Upgrades

  • Stay and Play – Board the ship from Weirs Beach at 10:00 AM, and you can get off at another port at 11:15 AM. We'll be back at 1:45 PM to pick you up! Simply notify the Deck crew when getting off the ship at 11:15 AM.

  • Priority Boarding ($5 per ticket) - The 12:30 PM cruise is the biggest cruise of the day, often with hundreds of other passengers. Priority Boarding service allows you to skip the line and proceed directly to the boarding ramp for a better chance at your preferred seat and first access to on board amenities. The cruise departs at 12:30 and the ship will stop at the dock only long enough to board passengers, but this service will move you to the first boarding group.

Important Information

  • Times listed are departure times. Plan to arrive at the port 30 minutes prior to boarding to find parking and walk to the dock.
  • Please plan ahead. The Lakes Region has many events that may cause traffic unexpectedly. We are unable to delay boarding or hold the ship to accommodate late arrivals.
  • The M/S Mount Washington is a full service restaurant and like other restaurants, outside food and beverage are not permitted. Customers arriving with food and beverage items will be asked to return them to their cars or dispose of them prior to check-in.
  • For the safety and comfort of all passengers, all vessels in the Winnipesaukee Fleet are non-smoking.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All tickets are non-refundable, except when a cruise is canceled due to a mechanical failure, low ridership, or act of God.

    • Mechanical Failure – In the event that a cruise cannot take place due to a mechanical issue with the vessel, you will be given the option to rebook to a similar cruise or to receive a refund.
    • Low Ridership – There are rare instances where there are not enough passengers to make a cruise feasible. In this case, you will be offered an alternative cruise, alternative vessel, or a refund.
    • Acts of God – Though rare, a cruise may be canceled due to extreme weather or other state of emergency. In this case, you will be offered an alternative cruise or a refund. Please note that cruises do take place rain or shine and basic rain and wind do not qualify.
