Frequently Asked Questions

Is this tour what I am looking for?

If you are looking for the most unique thing to do I Puerto Rico, a profesionally curated and proven beach tour snorkeling tour, sunset watching tour boat tour and bioluminiscence swimm tour totally off the beaten path making the most out of your time and money, you better book this one!

Where will I be picked and droped?

You will be picked up and droped off in Condado at 1055 Ashford Ave, in the Condado Vanderbilt Valet area, or behind Walgreens if coming in a cruise so you do not have to get a taxi or Uber to go to some spot in Old SJ and then guess where to find your guide or stand among hundreds of people coming off the ship trying to find your guide.

Will there be a language barrier between me and my guide?

No chance of that happening, you will get a fully bilingual professional guide during all the experience.

Will I see only a portion of the Cay and then be on my own?

The beauty of this tour is that we take you through the Cay and show you in a way you can then experience it while we keep an eye on you and keep you safe at all moments. Tou can also come back to the boat and enjoy the views and refreshments.

What makes this tour different from other Snorkeling and/ or Bioluminiscent tours?

The biggest difference is in our tour is a combination of Snorkeling, Sunset watching and a Bioluminiscence swimm in a boat requiring no effort on your part.

Caracoles Cay warm, turquoise and cristal clear waters rival famed Flamenco Beach in Culebra, but without the hassle of having to take amd Uber or drive more than an hour to Fajardo to then take a 1 hour ferry. But you can also swim and inmerse in it, not just swipe your hand 3 feet obove the water in a a kayak whichbis the only option doing the Fajardo Bioluminiscense tours are all performed in Kayaks and is an uneventful and less than ideal way to do it due to the kayaking in the dark through a narrow channel bumping to other kayaks and mangrove roots. It is also within the main island so no ferry or overnight stay to do it like in Mosquito Bay.

Is swimming at the bioluminiscence waters safe for me or the bioluminiscence?

Swimming in the bioluminiscence waters is a regular swim. The dinoflagelates are microscopic amd very resilient so our sking oils represent no harm for them, and you can't feel any difference from regular sea water other than the bay is a bit warmer because limited water flow and salter because there were salt mines in the area, but that's good because you will float easier. We also have foam noodles that you can use and float even easier.

What makes this tour different from other Snorkeling tours?

This tour gives you the oportunity to visit places very few know and go under the radar when they are true must do places in our island.

Just the drive to La Parguera and the ever changing landscape will leave lasting impressions, but is the easyness of snorkeling in 3 to 4 ft deep cristal clear waters that rival and watching the Caribbean sunset from a Cay and swimming in bioluniniscence waters what makes it so special.

Combine it with the waterfalls at the Tropical Rain Forest to make it the ultimate nature lovers experience in Puerto Rico.

Tour must have at least 4 passengers to start and we might consolidate tours on same day to get minimum.
