Museum members must reserve tickets for the total number of adults and children in their party, but will not be charged unless membership headcount limitations are exceeded.
YOU MAY ENTER THE MUSEUM ANYTIME DURING THE DESIGNATED TIME on your ticket and you may stay until the museum closes or you are finished playing. The Museum closes at 4:00pm every day except Saturdays when it closes at 3:30pm. Please do not arrive outside your designated entry time.

The museum welcomes service animals that are properly trained to assist an individual with a disability in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All service dogs must be on a leash, harness, or tether, and the museum reserves the right to ask a service dog to be taken out of the building if not under the proper control of the handler. "Emotional support animals”, “comfort animals”, “companion animals”, and “therapy animals” that are not individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability are not considered service animals under the ADA and are NOT ALLOWED in the museum.
