Sherlock Homes is coming aboard which can mean only one thing, the game is afloat. The Windsor & Maidenhead Boat Company are teaming up with the Sherlock Holmes Society and the great detective to bring you a wonderful interactive three hour murder mystery experience.
On arrival you will be greeted on board by Mr Holmes and while a mixer quiz takes place where some guests will be invited to volunteer and take on the roles of the suspects (for which they will be provided with suitable props and clothes). Guests are most welcome to come in costume if they would like.
Just before lunch is served, approximately half an hour after departure, a murder will take place and the investigation will begin. Main course is served and over the course of the meal further scenes will be performed and more importantly the crucial clues are given out.
After main course you will be invited to go and search for physical evidence hidden around the boat. Following this you will get your ‘just desserts’ as the final scenes are performed and dessert is served.
After dessert, a cup of freshly brewed tea or coffee will be served and the denouncement and prize giving will take place with the murderer, one of the guests, being revealed.
