All guests must arrive no less than 15 minutes before your scheduled time to review the rules and sign waivers. All guests must sign a waiver onsite or in advance through the link in your confirmation email.

Please note that in times of inclement weather, we may close the location down. If that happens, we will notify all guests at least 2 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any reservations canceled by us are permitted a full refund. You may also request to rebook without having to pay a rebooking fee.
