When you check the I AM UNDER 18 box below, we will send you forms to be signed and notarized in advance. Remember, if you choose not to bring waivers and indemnification forms signed by your parent/legal guardian and notarized by an official notary public, you must have your parent or legal guardian accompany you to the first class session to sign the documents in person, witnessed by the ridercoach/instructor/sponsor. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
