Adventure Tips

Maintain proper tire pressure

Adjust tire pressure to balance grip and rolling resistance depending on trail conditions, generally between 25-30 psi for Pisgah’s rocky terrain.

Use dropper post effectively

Lower your seat on steep descents for better control and raise it on climbs for efficient pedaling.

Watch for wet roots and rocks

Trails can become slippery after rain; proceed cautiously on exposed surfaces to avoid falls.

Carry trail repair kit

Bring tools and spare tubes to handle common mechanical issues on remote Pisgah trails.
