Whether you have just discovered mountain biking or have been riding a while and want to consolidate those fundamental skills, this is the course for you. We will iron out any bad habits and create a solid base with which you can then progress.

The foundation of a great rider begins with mastering the core riding skills:

  • Body position
  • Changing gear efficiently and correctly
  • Cornering
  • How to control speed and direction.
  • How to tackle tricky trail features such as small roots, rocks and drops in the trail.

By the end of the day, you will be equipped with the skills and techniques to head out onto the trails with confidence, find your flow and have some fun!
