Coaching session talored to focus on what you want to improve, for any level of rider. Its all about developing and improving your riding, including video analysis. Let us know what you want to work on and we will take it from there. Examples - basics of mountain biking, finding and maintaining flow, jumps and drops, steep and technical, race preparation

What to bring

Food and drinks are not provided by TrailSkills. Each rider is expected to carry suitable food and hydration provisions for the session/ride. If in doubt about what to bring please just ask… It's compulsory to wear a certified cycling helmet throughout any TrailSkills coaching session or guided ride. Helmets should be less than 5years old and should not have any damage. Additional protection including eye wear, knee pads and other protection is welcome on all of our classes. Gloves should be worn. A mountain bike in good working order is required for all courses, if you need to hire a bike please get in touch when booking so that we can help with that if need be.
